All iamthesportmode products are made to order. Because of that, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before they ship. Delivery time after fulfillment depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and available shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

For international orders, delivery times may vary and customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
