Terms of Service
By using this website and placing an order with iamthesportmode, you agree to these terms.
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, artwork, descriptions, and availability at any time.
Because many of our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on a screen or mockup due to differences in displays, printing, garment material, and production methods.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and lost-package claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
All artwork, logos, branding, product graphics, and other original content associated with iamthesportmode are owned by or licensed to iamthesportmode and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Use of this website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iamthesportmode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms or an order, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website.
